Following heavy rains that have fallen on Garissa District on Saturday, a boy and a woman were killed by lighting strikes in Garissa and Ifo respectively.
The boy, a class seven student from Bulla Game died of lighting shock, we learnt from a tipster who sent us an e-mail.
The woman also died in a similar circumstance in the refugee camp of IFO. We won't release their names in respect to their families.
May Allah rest both of their souls in eternal Jannah and grant the families the strength to get through these tough times.
